Annie’s daily morning tea choice! In ancient Greece Sideritis aka Ironwort, was widely known for healing wounds caused by iron weapons during battles. This beautiful spear shaped flower is wonderfully pleasant on the palate, with notes of sweet sage, resin, celery and salty lemon. Known scientifically to be anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidant, it’s healing is powerful!
