Add a few leaves or flowers to teapot.

You can vary this depending on taste preference.

*For Chamomile, Hibiscus and Rose hips, use 1-2 tsp.

Heat water to 180 degrees.

Pour a small amount of water over the leaves or flowers to wash.

Immediately drain out the water. Experience the fresh aroma.

Refill teapot.

Brew for one minute.

Decant.

Drain all of the water off of the leaves, and remove the lid to prevent steaming.

Enjoy!

Reinfuse three to five times.

We suggest using glass teawares for the best flavors.
